Hi, I'm Janel Watt—founder of Watt Associates and your partner in operational excellence. With over a decade of experience as a VP of Operations managing $12M+ P&Ls and leading teams of 100+ across multiple states, I've seen what works (and what doesn't) when it comes to scaling small businesses profitably.

I started Watt Associates because I saw too many passionate business owners struggling with the same operational challenges—wasting money on inefficiencies, unable to scale without chaos, and working 70-hour weeks just to stay afloat.
